As far as any policy I can find, Tricare does not cover CPT G2211. Somehow, one of my coworkers has her G2211 charges paid by Tricare for her Pediatric Claims. Tricare doesn't have documentation as to why when we call and she didn't have to appeal them either. Is there something I'm missing regarding Tricare policy for this code?

Tricare for Life isn't even picking up Medicare's deductible or coinsurance for G2211. It would be interesting to know why Tricare is paying on pediatric claims since they state in the news letter that it's on their No Pay list.
