Anyone have any suggestions on billing for on-pump excision of tricuspid chordal mass involving portions of the leaflets and the subvalvular apparatus. Also performed tricuspid replacement.

I am sure you already coded this. I would bill for the tricuspid replacement 33465. Without reading the report, the mass is probably vegetation, which they would have to remove. You can add a 22 modifier if you think there is enough documentation.
