Has anyone had any experience or seen trigger point injections being performed during a home visit? Can these safely be done in the home?

They can safely be done in the home. It is just an injection into a knotted area of muscle. Less invasive than a joint injection, for instance, which can also safely be done in the home.
We don't do home visits, so I'll pass on that part.
