Can anyone please tell me if their physicians that provider trigger point injections are also charging for the drug that is injected?

No. And, if multiple quantities are required - it goes on one line with the mutiple quantity (x 2 or 3, etc)
They don't pay for the numbing meds or B12 (if your doctor utilizes that) - but the steroids do get paid.
