I have doctor that gave a patient trigger point injections x4. Should is use cpt 20553 or is there a hcpc's code for medicare patients?
 
I've always billed out the CPT

I was in Pain Management for years and always billed out the CPT codes for TPIs and didn't have a problem w/ MCR paying them.
