Hello,

What is the HCPCS code that should be used for the Trimix injection? We are currently using CPT 54235, 93980. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In my office we bill only the 54235 to the insurance and the patient pays in cash for the medication or we give them a prescription and they take to the pharmacy. If we supply the drug we use the code J3490.
