Is anyone aware of any changes with billing the G0444(depression screening) to AARPMCR Complete? We are receiving them back with denial 807(unbundled service) when billed with an office visit and 25 modifier and an Administration code 96372. The changes seems to have occurred since October 2016. I have reviewed all CPT codes billed on the claim on the NCCI PCP table and none of the CPT codes are an NCCI edit to each other.
