One of my physicians has done a total shoulder revision, ORIF periprosthetic humeral shaft fracture, and allograft glenoid reconstruction.
I am comfortable with the total and ORIF, but I cannot find a code suited for the allograft glenoid reconstruction. I don't feel that this would be included in the total shoulder rev (I may be wrong).
It should also be noted that he is using a 22 mod "given it's level of complexity, the revision nature of the surgery, the BMI over 40, significant release of the glenoid necessary in order to visualize the glednoid appropriately, and allograft reconstruction of glenoid with femoral head allograft."
