Wiki TTE w/Piccolo Device Closure

My physician has started performing device closures using the Piccolo device. He is being assisted by another physician performing a TTE for assistance with device placement. A TEE cannot be done due to the patient's size. I'm not having any luck locating a code to cover the intraoperative TTE. What code should I be using to capture the charge for the TTE?
 
HI. I found a note listed under the CPT Repair of Structural Heart Defect listing:
(for echocardiographic services performed in addition to 93580, 93581, see 93303-93317, 93662 as appropriate.)
Why won't one of those codes work?
