I have two different questions about coding twins. These are for lab testing (prenatal):

First question:
I have twin A at 11w6d and twin B at 12w2d. Edd is 6/2/17. Do I use the 11w or 12w?

Second question:
I have a pregnancy that was twins but loss a twin at 7 weeks. It is now 19 weeks. When using the o31.1 do I use the current gestational age or the gestational age at time of loss? She is over 35 so the other code is o09.522.
So would I use o09.522, o31.11x0, z3a.19 or o09.522, o31.12x0, z3a.19

Thank you,
April

And this is answer for your second question, O09.522, O31.12x0, z3a.19
