When our OB/GYN physician delivers twins should the vaginal delivery be billed once or twice (this is not a global care patient)

59400 with 59409-51 If both are delivered vaginally
59610 with 59612-51 If both are delivered vaginally & patient had previous C-section

Some carriers prefer modifier 59 instead of 51
 
Those are global codes given, if this patient isn't in the global care it should be 59410 and 59409-51, and 59614 and 59612-51. Remember 59410 & 59614 include PP visits, so bill accordingly if they aren't to be seen for PP visits.
