Need some help on coding twin TRAP sequence. I understand what it is but have never coded so unsure. Twin A is anencephalic and twin B is acardiac. Please help
 
I have never coded this either. As there isn't a specific code, I would use O35.0XX1 for Twin A and O35.8XX2 for Twin B

The code you are looking for is 043.02_. The final digit is the trimester. This code will be primary if they are doing a procedure on twin B. Then add codes for twin A and B as was indicated by Cmama12.
