I don't think you can bill for two assistant surgeons, they will probably deny as a duplicate.

When we have a doctor training to do robotic surgeries, we will bill the 3rd doc with a 81 modifier. We don't get paid, but the doctor gets credit in our billing system for being involved with the surgery...
