Does anyone know if 2 assistant surgeons can be billed? If so what modifiers are needed? I know the assistant modifiers are 80-82.

When we have a doctor training to do robotic surgeries, we will bill the 3rd doc with a 81 modifier. We don't get paid, but the doctor gets credit in our billing system for being involved with the surgery...
