Wiki Two children in the exam room/with same problems

Mother brings in her two children and all three go into the same exam room. The kids are there for ADHD evals. The provider addresses both kid's issues at the same time during the same visit.... ok to for the provider to document and bill for two different visits, one for each child... using the 9921* code for each?
