Wiki Two DX codes from same F codes

Not sure I'm wording that correctly, but can you code two from the same code set? Say a F25.0 and F25.9? Or F32.1 and F32.9? I'm thinking it's contradictory and you would only use one, but I'm just getting started and not sure.
