Can any one give me advice on how to code a complete left duplication?
Procedures performed: Cystoscopy, left ureteroscopy of both left ureters, laser lithotripsy of ureteral stones, basket stone extraction, stent placement times two. Thanks
 
Interesting case! In one ureter was the ureter stone basket extract and the other ureter lithotripsied? And then a stent in each ureter?
 
Did you decide how you were going to code it? My initial thought is 52353 (if the service was done with a ureterscope) with a -22.
