How would you code a tympanostomy procedure on one ear, and the surgeon see's that a previous tympanostomy on the other ear has a tube coming out and replaces just the tube? How about 69436-50-52, reduced services being not actually making an incision for the tube? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I'd be inclined to code (not knowing which was done in full and which reduced) ...
