Does anyone know if the G codes used for type B emergency departments (G0380-G0384) are used by facility only or also by professionals. Also does anyone know in what type of facility these codes are used?

A Type B emergency department is not open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That's the difference between Type A & Type B.

The G0380-G0384 are facility only codes.
