Wiki u/a denial from Medicare

I billed medicare for a u/a 81002 and received a denial that said procedure/service was partially or fully furnished by another provider. We also sent it to the lab. Is there anything I can do to get this paid?

If your office processed the lab then why was it sent out? Only one entity can bill for the same service on the same specimen
