Does anyone know how often 90801 Paychiatric dx interview exam can be billed and paid for by Insurances (Medicare) per year?

1 time per year regardless of the credentials providing the service.... at least in Indiana

It can be billed 3 times per year, but for different dx. Check your LCDs or Psychiatric coding guidelines for Medicare Part B.
