Hello Fellow Coders.

I have a strange one. I have never heard of this but I have a request for a procedure code that starts with a 'U'.

I have looked and researched and could not find anything. Even checked ICD-10 (even though they said it was a procedure code, looked there anyway).

Has anyone hear of the U code(s)? If so, where can I locate them?
