How many diagnosis codes are allowed to be billed electronically on a UB04? Where can I find that information?
 
Yes, that is how many is on the actual paper UB04 allows. Do we know what the limit is when the UB04 is submitted electronically? The electronic claim allows many more DX and ICD-10 procedure codes than the paper form.
