Help... My brain is still sleeping.

1.How would you code these procedures? Doc says examination is limited as fluoroscopic guided spot views could not be obtained for this UGI &SMALL BOWEL.

2.I also have patient that an Esophagram was ordered, but all they did was have him drink barium and then took a couple pictures. No Fluoro was used, No radiologist here at that time.

They have us add a 52 mod since the test was still done by the tech....what is the reason it was not obtained?
 
This was a child that could not drink on the table, so Mom held and fed him laid him back on the table and they just just took plain films.
