Is anyone having issues with UHC and Telehealth POS 10 denials? We have their current policy and they indicate an E/M and POS 10 are still valid for Telehealth visits, we began receiving these denials it looks like in Aug/September but I don't see new guidelines. The denial is CO5- The procedure code is inconsistent with the POS.
I saw another post where someone is having issue with audio only visits in July and their policy was also still valid for the codes.
