Hello!

I can not for the life of me figure out what exactly this case wants. Patient received: Caudal epidural steroid injection with a Racz catheter and lysis of adhesions under fluoroscopic guidance. I coded with code 62264 w/ Dx code M96.1 M54.50, and G89.29. I am currently receiving this rejection message:

I did contact insurance and they suggested that I look for a similar procedure code, however I am pretty confident I used the correct code, any suggestions?
