Wiki Ulna head fracture code

hi
if it is ulna head fracture (i.e proximal end of ulna) but if searched in ICD 9 CM volume we find code 813.43 Fracture distal end ]of Ulna head/lowerend/lowerepiphysis/styloid process.
This is a not supporting the anatomical part mentioned.where head of ulna # is coded in distal fracture as we get the same in ICD 9 manual.
Due to which coders have to use # elbow for the same even if specified daignosis is provided.

Can any body guide on this
 
813.43 is the distal end of the ulna not the ulnar head. If it is a fracture of the head you need more specific documentation for either the olecranon or the coronoid process, without more specific documentation you would use 813.00 for unspecified.
