that's a good one ... but I think I'd lean more towards "pain".. so I'd probably go with 719.43...(without more info anyway).

This one was a little tough. I'm going to ask the physician, also. I'm curious what his opinion will be. Maybe I can use both since there was mention of pain and unstableness.
