Wiki Ultrasond and endoscopy on same day

We have recently started offering Ultrasound in our office. We also have an onsite ACS. If a patient comes for an US, which is billed in our clinic, and an endoscopy in our ASC on the same day (separate encounters), do I need a modifier?
