Wiki Ultrasound Coding for Quadruplets

This is a first for me, I've only encountered twins! What is the correct way to code the ultrasounds for quads? Is it:
76801 & 76802 with modifier 59 or
76801 & 76802-59 x 3 units or list 76802 3 times?

76802 is an add-on code, which states in CPT "each additional gestation"; therefore, you would use a separate line for each of the 3 additional gestations, with a mod 59.
