If a physician remotely reads ultrasounds for the same company but a different location, does the claim have to be split with the 26 and TC modifiers?

Exp.
office/center location of were the ultrasound is done is in MS and the physician is reading from his office/center in LA. Does the claim go out as normal with the global ultrasound code 93925 or will it need to go out split with 26 modifier on one encounter and TC modifier on the other?
