Wiki Ultrasound IV Cath placement then Venogram

Patient had a IV Cath place in foot under Ultrasound, then had a Venogram/Injection was done thru the IV Cath. Would you just charge the Venogram/Injection which includes the Cath placement and not charge the Ultrasound IV placement.
