Can you bill a 76811 and a 76815 same day if performed with a modifier 59 to be paid or is this considered a bundled service and one or the other is to be used
 
Can you provider more information? Did the 76815 result in the 76811 being performed? Why were there two on same day?

In general 76815 would be inclusive of some of the things that would be viewed when you did 76811. And in fact this is a CCI bundle that does not permit the use of a modifier to bypass it. If these two occurred at two different session you may have a shot, but only on appeal.
