We are a radiology group and need to know if transabdominal with transvaginal codes 76856 with 76830, if the Doctors need to transcribe a paragraph for each process transabdominal...(dictation) transvag...(dictation)or is putting transabdominal and transvaginal in the technique good enough to bill for both.
