Is medial patellar facetectomy inclusive to the unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (27446?).

Uni knee w/medial patellar facetectomy

Yes, this is included with 27446. The surgeon has to remove the patella in order to make space for the prosthesis. Later, the surgeon will put the patella back where it belongs. This is all part of the surgery.
