is anyone else having issues with UHC splitting Xray claims and paying only for technical component when BOTH components are billed? Our urgent care clinics are performing both TC and professional components and bill for both. UHC is splitting the charge line item on their end : (

Effective April 1, 2026, UHC considers the professional component bundled into the E/M charge, unless there was a full written interpretation and report done. If that was done, you can submit the separate radiology report for appeal of the professional component reimbursement.
