Wiki Unna Boots reimbursements

Hi,
Looking for help getting Unna Boots paid especially by Medicare, we have patient's that come back once a week for application of Unna Boots CPT 29580. Medicare pays for the first time but every other week denies due to global. Per CPT guidelines there is a 0 free f/u. Anybody know how we can get paid for the application weekly?

Are you billing an office visit with every UnnaBoot change? If so, Medicare will only pay for one or the other. At our office we only bill for the unnaboot and not the office visit. So far we haven't had any issues getting paid.
