I need help with this situation that I haven't encounter yet. The procedure was to place an aorta-bi-ili engograft for AAA (34705). However the right side docking limb would not deploy. After many unsuccessful attempts, and because the patient was under GA for so long, doctor decided to stop and bring patient back different day to complete.
Two days later the patient was brought back to the OR to place right side ili stent graft.
For day one, do I code what we were supposed to do 34705 (bilat) or 34703 (uni)? For day two would that be a delayed graft(34710) or a uni-ili (34707?
Please help!
