PLEASE HELP

what would the DX be for renal cortical thinning, and thickened trabeculated morphology of the wall of the urinary bladder. The reason for Ultrasound was history of elevated creatine???:confused:
 
Code 793.6 as this is not a definite dx, but an abnormal finding seen on Ultraound kidney.
