I am new to OB/GYN coding and have the following scenario that I need assistance with;

patient delivers baby in the car while on the way to hospital. MD delivers placenta once she get to hospital & performs perineal laceration repair.

Any idea of how to code this out? I was not given the details on the laceration so general code range will work.
