I am hoping this is the correct place to discuss this. I have a new position at an Infertility Practice and am reviewing the billing procedures and rates that the practice has been using. Since a majority of the procedures are not performed by Medicare, there are no Medicare rates that I can work from. I am not sure what other areas I can find the information that I need and would appreciate input.

I would suggest checking BCBS for your state and see what the fee schedules are. Since BCBS is normally the highest payor. You can bill your procedures based on BCBS fee schedule. Hope this helps:)
