pt has an RV lead only pacemaker

he comes in, gets an RA lead, A CS lead, a new BIV/Pacemaker device, old pacemaker device removed.

would you code this as:
33206, 33233, 33225

OR 33214 and 33225

I think 33214 and 33225 are more appropriate here as the procedure is an Upgrade of existing pacemaker to CRT - P (Biventricular system).
