I have a patient that is global, I charge for the UA but I've never charged for the UPT. Can anyone let me know? Do I need to start charging for it on the fee for service patients too?

The urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy is not included as part of the global package unlike the routine UA that checks for protein and glucose. You should be billing for them but not the UA unless that UA is done to diagnose symptoms of a UTI.
