Hi,

I need a coding help...

Documentation states the patient has Chronic Uremia with Hypertension. When taking the code in book it will lead to 403.91, and the Use additional code instruction under 403.91 ask to add 585.5 or 585.6. Can we use 403.90 and 585.9 for uremia with hypertension. Please help!
