Urgent care services are allowed typically when the services are "urgent" however, I'm getting claims back unpaid stating they are not urgent matters. Any advice on how to resolve this problem?

Is it from a specific payer? There might be specific patient plan requirements. Like a patient's commercial plan might not allow for urgent care visits if the reported diagnosis doesn't support an "urgent" (based on their criteria of course) matter.
