Quick Question I am trying to figure out how to code Adenocarcinoma thyroid with metastasis to the Lung and Bone. Can someone please help.

Also I'm doing out patent work and I cam across this Nausea and vomiting due to aspirin poisoning, patient took medication incorrectly.
Code(s): I coded this one 965.1, E850.3:confused:
 
193 - Malignant neoplasm of thyroid gland
198.5 - Secondary malignant neoplasm of bone and bone marrow
197.0 - Secondary malignant neoplasm of lung
