Patient had a tibiotalar arthrodesis 7 years ago and contines to have pain. CT scan shows complete osseous fusion of that joint. Pt has persistent DJD changes of that joint. Pt has filed 12 weeks of conservative treatment. Due to persistent pain, surgery will include hardware removal and talonavicular cheilectomy. This is the only info I have.
