The doctor did an exhange of iol with vitrectomy and peripheral iridotomy, BUT the op report states that a peripheral iridotomy was performed to PREVENT pupillary block. The diagnosis was corneal decompensation secondary to dislocated IOL. What would be the correct way to code this? I coded..66986 and 67036. Should I also code 66625? Thanks!!!
