Our doctor is wanting to do drug screenings on our ADD/ADHD patients... so far what I have found is to bill the 80305 with a diagnosis of F15.90. I am just wondering if I am correct in this? Any thought? New to coding and just second guessing myself.

Code will depend on type of equipment. 80305 is the only one that is CLIA waived so its likely the correct one (direct optical observation only). F code would not be appropriate. That means someone is abusing not one that is prescribed stimulants such as Ritalin. You will likely want:

Z51.81 - Encounter for therapeutic drug level monitoring
Z79.899 - Other long term (current) drug therapy
