My orthopedic doc wants to open his own "Urine Lab" (if that's the correct title??) whereas he can confirm his own urine samples without sending to a lab. He feels this is a highly profitable operation (according to his other doc buddies) but I have no clue as to what needs to be done. It will be done for New York, Virginia and California. I need to know all the particulars (how it functions, set-up, codes, regulations, etc.)
